Refund Policy / Polisi Bayaran Balik

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Dua Marhalah Sdn Bhd (1006742-V), operating as Jom Al Quran Academy (“JomAlQuran”, “we”, “us”), through www.jomalquran.my, our invoices or our payment partners.

JomAlQuran sells Quran learning services (online and in-person classes). We do not sell physical goods, so there is nothing to return. A refund means returning money for classes that were paid for but not delivered.

1. When you are entitled to a refund

• Class cancelled by us. If the teacher or the learning centre cancels a paid class and we cannot offer a replacement class at a time that suits you, the fee for that class is refunded in full.
• Unused prepaid classes. If you stop the service before all prepaid classes have been used, the fee for the classes not yet delivered is refunded. Classes already delivered are not refunded.
• Duplicate or wrong charge. If you were charged twice for the same invoice, or charged more than the invoice amount, the extra amount is refunded in full.

2. When a refund is not given

• Classes that have already been delivered.
• Classes missed by the student, or where the student is late, without notice to the teacher at least 24 hours before the class. The teacher is not obliged to wait or extend the class.
• Registration or administration fees, once the student has been placed with a teacher.

3. How to request a refund

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 012-3377200 or through the Hubungi Kami page.
2. Include the student’s name, the invoice number and the reason for the request.
3. If you are stopping the service, also fill in the Borang Menamatkan Perkhidmatan.

Requests must be made within 30 days of the payment or the cancelled class.

4. How and when the refund is paid

• We will reply to your request within 3 working days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days of approval.
• The refund is made to the original payment method (card, FPX or e-wallet). Where that is not possible, it is paid by bank transfer to an account in the payer’s name.
• Card refunds may take a further 7–14 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Polisi ini terpakai kepada semua bayaran kepada Dua Marhalah Sdn Bhd (1006742-V) (Jom Al Quran Academy). Kami menjual perkhidmatan kelas mengaji, bukan barangan fizikal.

• Bayaran balik penuh jika guru atau pusat pembelajaran membatalkan kelas dan tiada kelas ganti yang sesuai, atau jika anda tercaj dua kali.
• Kelas prabayar yang belum digunakan akan dibayar balik jika anda menamatkan perkhidmatan. Kelas yang sudah berlangsung tidak dibayar balik.
• Tiada bayaran balik untuk kelas yang terlepas atau lewat tanpa makluman sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum kelas, dan untuk yuran pendaftaran selepas pelajar ditempatkan dengan guru.
• Cara memohon: WhatsApp 012-3377200 dengan nama pelajar, nombor invois dan sebab, dalam tempoh 30 hari. Jika menamatkan kelas, isi juga Borang Menamatkan Perkhidmatan.
• Tempoh: kami membalas dalam 3 hari bekerja; bayaran balik diproses dalam 14 hari bekerja selepas diluluskan, melalui kaedah bayaran asal.
